  • I am all for fair and equitable pay, but I think it requires transparency as to the number of team members and allocations being received currently. Additionally, it begs the question, how will the 60k be allocated? Will there be a reserve for as-of-yet hired team members or will the current team split the 60k and see their pay decrease as new team members join? That’s a sure fire way to ensure people feel underpaid in the future.

    If the OIP is altered to open the books so transparency is offered, I’m 100% “for” OIP-21. I think in its current state, there are too many unanswered questions for me to make an educated decision and therefore I tend to stay more conservative with my decision making. I want to reiterate, I’m happy with the team and want everyone to be compensated fairly, let’s just get a better look at the whole equation first.
