electo yes they can… but now lets move to the next part… when they want to sell… i dont believe zapper lets ya sell multiple positions out of multiple wallets…. from 1 interface…… youd have to specify which wallet youd want the sales coming from to make sure you stayed in a certain bracket and didnt sell too much or too little…. they would still have to interact with every wallet… bundle wouldnt matter

BobbySchmurda will not work.. does not make sense to single out and punish big wallets … as a reserve currency large Protocols and DAOs are our core Client base they are holding large amounts… partners of Olympus will be all affected.

Users spreading across wallets will for ever be an issue in Defi unless some kind of anonymous ID technology comes along. There are still risks and challenges with having to spread coins across wallets and I’m willing to bet only a small % of people usually do it so I don’t think it’s a fair argument against this idea.

I disagree with the idea this is unfair or punishing large holders. It’s for the better of the protocol, everyone stands to benefit. Even 100% apy is amazing for 7 figure accounts. One could argue small holders are being punished more by the current proposed apy reductions as the growing supply has not been going to them but the apy is being reduced to keep supply emissions down.

The biggest ohm holders have been reaping the biggest rewards from the high APY. To say they took on more risk investing at X time compared to the user who bought ohm yesterday is completely arbitrary and personal to each holder. Which one could withstand another 50% ohm draw down. Most likely the bigger holder but you and I can’t determine that.

The fact of the matter is a majority of new supply is going to a small set of OHM holders. This is an idea to address that issue and distribute more new supply across more participants.

As for technical feasibility you’re not wrong that it’s not possible with current gOhm set up. But if it’s deemed a necessary change it’s not outside the realms of possibility in the future. So why limit the protocol because something isn’t easy.

I really urge you all to consider the majority of holders and not the top % of them.

I just wholeheartedly disagree with the philosophy here. Why would people with smaller bags be entitled to more than people with larger bags? Olympus is not a charity program.
The money from person A holds the same amount of purchasing power as the same amount of money from person B. I think this is about as fair and equitable as it gets.

TStorms Well simply stated because youre the people who are killing the project… when a small holder dumps their 25 ohm the price doesnt move…. when 90% of new emissions go to the same 100 wallets and all they do is take the ohm and sell it then youre whats known as killing the golden goose…… we can all be paid forever but NOOOOOOOOO….. Youd rather make extra X% and kill the entire project. Like i said im thrilled to be outta this project 5 weeks now. The community sucks and is selfish af. Built on 3,3. Destroyed by selfish pricks. The problem were having is the whales at the top are using the rebases like the $17,000 x 3 a day to put into the other DAO clones of Ohm. They are for sure, Devs included, reaping gigantic rewards each time a new one is created. Amassing large rebases in those high APY Dao's then rinse repeat. Also with insider info from here, plus the literal ability to vote for us to fund the very liquidity they take from those other DAO sites as they vote to approve it.

Hope you all understand now how our $$$ ae being stolen from us. The key is to do the same thing they are doing, jump from DAO to newly created DAO just like they do. Leave a small amount of money here so you can see what they are going to next and play their game.

They are thiefs, just legal ones… Whales and Devs working against all of you….

Just my opinions, but look at what happens. Watch the money jump out of here with each rebase and into each new DAO they put up in here as a project to fund liquidity. There are literally like 4-6 being promoted here in the proposal forum right now I think.

Dont get mad, just do what they do. Then they will have to use their own money to do it instead of the little guys.

BobbySchmurda Respectfully, I've been reading your comments, and I am genuinely curious to know why you are still interacting in the forums if you are out of the project? If I sold my holdings…. I'm not sure I would want to keep talking about the project. Disclaimer: I came into Olympus as it was sliding down, right before migration to v2. I'm very frustrated with the price action as well…. But I'm sticking it out, and not going to pull out.

I agree to control whales because they are manipulating and damaging the protocol…they are still gonna win but if they want to dump and destroy the market price action like a pump and dump coin.. then trust will be lost

Trust = success.. these actions make investors less interested.. some that typed here says its not viable? but they don't propose anything Healthy for the protocol.. we had hope in it . We want to still have that faith in the protocol .. If no changes respect that is gonna be made.. then good luck with your protocol and treasury working with whales.. not us! any ways if this Dosnt change no equilibrium no Trust = no success forget about all your matemátics skills. And make it trust worthy or at least not that easy to for small minority to damage the trust of people.. you should actually be concerned and propose somehow something before it's too late .

@Roots We cant outvote the Dev's and the Whales, their Ohm out number us by gigantic numbers. I wish I had bailed sooner, lost 110k from these thief's. This project had so much promise, but they are literally destroying it from the inside. From 6 billion plus market cap, $$$$ given to themselves down to only a 1/2 billion left in the treasury. I'm pretty sure there will be massive lawsuits and potential criminal charges against these people.

Bail while you can, they got rich already so don't care what happens to you. Save what you can and buy the low market on good coins that aren't manipulated with insider voting like these lying thieving sob's have done here. Hope you all enjoy prison… That's why you all got so scared when you got mentioned OlypmpusDao in Congressional testimony. The truth will come out and you enjoy having your riches fined away by the SEC and your country club 3 years in Prison.
