2) Simple changelog for parameters would be nice to have to be more opinionated on the steering. Proposals have it collected, but that's clunky to quickly track changes and effects as a normie ohmie. Just a thought.

3) 100% sure we should not change vesting terms AND other parameters at the same time. Just adds noise to results.

Drondin what do you think of 0.02%? Makes it roughly 26 max. 0.01% seems a bit low to me, gas costs could at times make them non-viable.
