PhantomDAO <> OlympusDAO - Intro & Request for Comment

PhantomDAO has done so well at strategically identifying improvements and opportunities in this space. The core team has been amazing at involving and positioning our community for long term success. The best part is, these are not hollow attempts, there is real substance and action driving the work. Our community recognizes this and in turn duplicates the efforts with a wide array of different talents and contributions. I really hope that OlympusDOA sees what we do and engages this proposal!

This indeed felt revolutionary, devs are legit, community is strong. Moving forward, it'll only be better, why? Simply because they don't rush things, they make sure things are right before going ahead. This shows how meticulous, skilled and confident they are. Apparently, only the chosen ones can be part of the Phamily. All I can say is, never give up and contribute in whatever aspect we can. If you're an Ohmie, you'll love to be a Phantomie.

Thank you for the detailed write up! There's fantastic cooperative opportunities with Olympus's Incubator and Phantom's Accelerator. The funds could invest in separate stages of the same project for example (for reasons like timing, desired distribution of funds, etc.), or both funds could pool resources to heavily boost mutually beneficial projects. It's also helpful to have cooperation between funds with different specialties/niches as it allows funds to benefit from the success of projects that might fall outside of their investment scope.

Both DAOs have very strong communities that would work well together, and the DAOs holding each others' tokens is a strong motivator for long-term cooperation.

I support this proposal and encourage others to do so as well.

imlink I think that is an interesting point, when both DAO's hold each others token it would incentivize long term cooperation. But I think there is a lot of nuance here especially with price action. When prices go up and down for both token's how will this affect the psychology of the two groups? I think the key is open and constant communication to make sure both groups are aligned on our goals.

With all the DAO’s out there right now just in it to make money as quick as possible with no actual substance or long-term strategy, Phantom DAO feels almost too good to be true. I am actively contributing to the DAO and it’s clear to me that a priority is put on doing things the right way. I am so inspired by this vision and can’t wait to see the impact we will bring to web3. Now back to building!

yo wussup OHMies, been part of PhantomDAO early on and its clear the community is serious about furthering the OHM mission and extending it to Fantom. Community members are very active and responsive - discussions around voting happen very quickly and everyone has thoughtful contributions; core members have been extremely approachable and communicative. Love this DAO and would be great to work with the OHMies!

The Phantom discord is my first foray into the world of OHM and it has been a worthwhile experience. The community is chill and solid. It contains just the right balance of memes and information. I'm happy to have stumbled upon it and I hope this partnership can happen.
