I can’t get any help, just get silenced by a moderator!! All my OHM is showing zero, ask for help and then I can’t reply to any responses!!. No communication it’s so odd. Discord only shows me ‘welcome’ and ‘activation’ thread

Tbh I think our MetaMask has been compromised so money has gone 😭

Don't think that is the issue. There are all sorts of buggy issues and I am not using Metamask. I am on Trust Wallet. Sometimes I connect my wallet and can see my OHMs and sometimes I can't. I haven't been able to stake them to see the sOHMs so I am not there yet. But the connectivity issues between the wallets and the app are many.

I personally think the system is overloaded … too many people trying to connect at the same time. The APY is so attractive I can imagine there is a huge group of people connecting at the same time and the system is simply clogged

Same problem. Using metamask to connect wallet to staking platform and shows 0 balance.

Refreshing page solves the problem; it comes up and total taking amount is shown.

Refreshing the page get me the wallet balance which does fix that but I still can't stake. I am on Trust Wallet rather than MetaMask but the issue is not resolved. I approved and paid the ETH fee back on the 23rd of November. So theoretically I should be able to simply hit MAX, and stake. Right? I just can't get past this part.

This is all new to me but if this is new to you as well, the one thing I did learn is that to get sOHM to show in your wallet, you have to add a custom token with the appropriate address. There are some other posts on the forum with the contract address. I added it to Trust Wallet without an issue. Address I have is 0x0F2694C8fcee23e8Fd0dfEA1d4f5Bb8c352111F

The forum says to create with with 9 decimal places but I did it with 16. To be honest, not sure where that comes into play but I do see the price of sOHM show even though I have no balance because I can't get my OHM staked

It happened to me too. I guess there was an update of some sort, but the sOHM isn't actually "missing". Connect your metamask to Olympus, click on the button in the top right corner that has an "i" and the word OHM in it (i OHM). You'll see where it says Add Token to Wallet, select sOHM and add it. Click through the prompts. This will replace the sOHM custom token that's currently in your wallet. Refresh the page and you'll see your staked balance again. They must have changed the address or something but it's there…I was super nervous but I see my balance again now. All good.

Thanks Simmonsforex. My issue is that I am not on Metamask. The add SOHM to your wallet function is specific to Metamask and I am using Trust Wallet. I had already added the sOHM to Trust Wallet and it shows along with the current marker price. But my balance shows zero. If there is a different contract address, then someone needs to identify what that new address is. I used 0x0F2694C8fcee23e8Fd0dfEA1d4f5Bb8c352111F
