Hi, how do I withdraw ohm from my olympus dao app to my metamask wallet. I don't seem to be able to do it. Can anybody help please?

Annnd I can not enter to discord I get message that the link is invalid or expired

Here's the path you need to follow. Your staked OHM (sOHM) needs to be wrapped to gOHM. You can then sell the gOHM (As it sounds like you are trying to exit). I recommend selling through llamaswap to get the best route and lowest slippage but yeah, there is no 'unstake' option as that was largely depreciated when rebasing from staking was set to zero.

Wrap to gOHM and then then do what you like with that gOHM.

[unknown] the tokens aren't stored on the Olympus dapp, they are in whatever wallet you used to buy them- if they aren't showing up you might need to "import token address" to be able to see them in the metamask wallet but by going to a site like etherscan or debank you should be able to see that they are in the wallet.

This discord server is not Intuitive it is not supposed to be so hard to leave a message - you see here that I'm struggling with this for so many days!! How about you lose that terrible discord and explain me here how I get my money back from you !!!!

I can continue to try are troubleshoot with you, because it sounds like you're not verified and therefore unable to see any of the channels?

Discord changed naming conventions, not their id. FWIW, your discord ID is 1193251115064627403. So it looks like they are now on to 19 digit ID's. I am not sending you to struggle with it. It is simply where our support lies. Relwyn responded to you earlier, here, with the steps needed.
