Rename Cooler Loans product to Olympus Treasury Loans or something else.

Motivation:

Cooler Loans is not great as a product name - we should change it. Deez thinks we need an OIP to do so.

Change the Cooler Loans product name to Olympus Treasury Loans or something else.

Too much effort in the 11th hour for not enough gain. Cooler Loans may not be fully "on brand" with an Olympus name but it's not jarringly out of place. I think after the first Clearinghouse launches we can come back to this.
