Motivation
With so many Olympus forks causing some bleeding attacks on OlympusDAO, as a savings enthusiast, I wanted a way to lock in more OHM/sOHM. CatDAO will practice the (3,3) philosophy and explore savings gamification through NFT with a form of savings OHM/sOHM.
Build for OHM/sOHM
World Background: Cat God’s Genesis. This Genesis is about how Cat God created the world. Maybe Vitalik Buterin got inspired by Cat God's dream and created Ethereum.
- Use OHM or other things to build summoning circle.
- Staking sOHM as an energy summoning cat ball, the number of stakes required is determined by the rarity of cat ball, of course you can stake more.
- You can withdraw the interest earned at any time, but you cannot withdraw the initial amount of the sOHM. Once you withdraw the full amount of SOHM, the summoning circle will collapse and the cat ball will turn into fur.
- If you keep staking sOHM, you will get points, which can be used to buy NFT items.
Roadmap of CatDAO
- Determine the protocol to build on the main network/sidechain(the game is too expensive for the main network).
- Build summoning circle.
- Build random cat ball.
- Summoning.
- Composable cat ball.
- More imagination(CatVerse, Play to earn…….).
Some of issues to be resolved.
Using OHM as a payment method avoids more tokens, but CatDAO seems to need a governance token as a key to start the universe, whether or not a token is needed is a serious question, if you have any suggestions please suggest them here.
What do we need?
- Your support, if you like cats and savings, you are welcome to build CatDAO together!
- CatDAO is still in its very early stages, and any advice would be very helpful.
- Will continue to follow the Olympus Incubator program, as it is a great way to start a project from zero.
Summary:
CatDAO is an NFT protocol that explores the gamification of savings sOHM, locking a large amount of sOHM in the protocol by avoiding the destruction of NFT to promote OHM stability. OHM obtained from friction is also saved in the treasury.

Finally:
Perhaps most Ohmies seem to be more interested in price fluctuations and making more money, but I'm sure there are still people who prefer to watch sOHM continue to grow.
Hope everyone has a cat, aMeow!
