I have recently been interacting with Klima and also seeing OIP-37 has motivated me to further flesh out and explain a plan for Olympus Dominance on Ethereum.

ETHEREUM & THE IMPORTANCE OF OIP-37

We know that Ethereum as a well of energy which gives life to any protocol on the network is the most important currency on the network. Not only is it important because it enables the network to function, but it is also so commonplace that it constitutes the routing token for any transaction. When swapping and attempting to acquire any rare or exotic token, ETHEREUM will be the token pair which will enable your trade.

For this reason OIP-37 is targeting to bootstrap an OHM-ETH liquidity pool which will enable us to directly swap ETH to OHM without any intermediary. This will also generate more revenues for the treasury which will bolster current holders.

THIS SHOULD ONLY BE THE START

Ethereum is the common denominator for the entire network as stated, and bootstrapping this pool will make us less dependent on the stablecoin Dai and its movements and make it smoother for Ohmies to use their gains or invest more. Yet, looking at it from the perspective that Ethereum enables other protocols to invite investments through their liquidity pathways leveraging our position acquires a much more important undertone.

Olympus needs to establish OHM as THE currency of DeFi. For this reason, in the future we should not only be targeting to actively increase our dominance passively. But instead, OHM should actively target and take control of key liquidity pairs across DEXes and progressively replace the routing token with OHM. I seek to our gigabrains to develop elaborate war strategies with which we can take what we rightfully deserve.

OHM WILL AND MUST BE the currency of the first and the strongest Empire which will form on Ethereum.
OLYMPUS WILL BUILD the most optimum trading roads upon which traders will transport their wealth.
OLYMPUS IS GOING TO vassalize other protocols into decentralized submission.
