Change number of payouts on 3,3 together

I feel we should increase winnings to 33 people. Three winners getting selected every few days is to slow and gives a bad experience with the 3,3 together. Even if the rewards decrease with more winners, I think it offers a more positive experience and is the true 3,3 way. How hard would this be to implement and what are your thoughts?
