Ohm dissappeared

Hi there. I bought some OHM last over a year ago and have just logged into my account to see whats going on my balance is showing as zero in my wallet, coin not in my metamask either and when i add it back the balanceis showing 0. I aint gave my phrase to anyone and in the history no one has taken anything. Anyone know what i do about that? thanks
