Summary
I propose we hold a community driven event to tap into the creativity and collective knowledge of its members to produce a collection of infographics to assist new and existing members to better the protocol and its many complex features.
There are some real amazing tools and calculators that have been produced by the community already and I had no doubt Olympus could have THE BEST info graphics in the space.
Motivation
Infographics are proven to be highly effective at conveying key information to consumers so they can better understand complex ideas or to provide a summary and allow them to understand the key points to make a decision.
Some of the more complex mechanics and ideas involved with a project such as Olympus can be difficult for new or existing users to comprehend, especially in the greater context of the protocol and how it plans to achieve its goals.
There is an abundance of podcasts, videos and documentation available on Olympus already and I think the addition of educational Infographics would help to grow protocol adoption by educating newcomers and perhaps teaching existing users something new too?!
I’m aware that Asfi has already tweeted requesting ideas for a concept list for infographics, but I think this could be further expanded upon by making it into a larger community driven event.
Some key areas topics I think an infographic can more effectively teach are:
How and why the protocol has such a high APY
Reward rate and why it’s important
How the supply will grow over the next year and the impact on token price and reward rate
How bonds can be used to gain an edge, but with extra risk
Why token price doesn’t matter in the long run
What are protocol owned assets and why they are important
Risk free value per OHM being the real metric to behind protocol and token value
How to 3,3 / 6,6 / 9,9 like a pro

Proposal
Launch a community driven event to produce a collection of educational infographics to help convey the complex ideas related to the protocol to new and existing users with the aim of speeding adoption and understanding of how Olympus will help to shape DeFi 2.0

Now, that leads to the discussion of this proposal and how it could be implemented.
We could request that the team allocate some protocol funds to the event so that the best, most informative and alpha leaking infographics can win a prize for their effort.
Alternatively, we could make it purely community driven, look to raise a prize pool to be held by the team for payout to the winning infographics.
We would vote as a community on the best graphics that would later be official added to the docs page and resources section of discord
